Week 1, Wednesday Nov 11
Talking to Claude well
Why it matters
Most weak AI output comes from a thin brief.
What you’ll do
Get set up in Claude, learn the BRIEF method for prompting, dictate instead of typing, and draft emails and hard messages that sound like you.

Claude set up for your work, and a way of prompting you'll use every day.
Week 2, Wednesday Nov 18
Thinking with Claude and using your files
Why it matters
Claude is most useful when it pushes back and works from your real material.
What you’ll do
Get honest pushback on ideas, stress-test decisions, review contracts and spreadsheets, and set up Projects and Research. Office hours on Thursday, Nov 19.
What you’ll have
A Project for your work, and Word, Excel and PowerPoint files made straight from chat.
Week 3, Wednesday Nov 25
Skills and delegating to Cowork
Why it matters
This is where Claude goes from something you chat with to something you hand work to.
What you’ll do
Build and share skills so Claude does a task your way every time, then hand multi-step jobs to Cowork and steer them as they run.
What you’ll have
Your first skills, and a real task delegated to Cowork.
Week 4, Wednesday Dec 2
Connect and automate
Why it matters
This is where the time comes back.
What you’ll do
Connect Claude to your email, calendar and files, set permissions you're comfortable with, and build scheduled tasks that run on their own. Office hours on Thursday, Dec 3.
What you’ll have
Claude connected to your work tools, and your first scheduled task.

Do I need to be technical?
No. There’s no code. If you can write an email, you can do this.
Which Claude plan do I need?
A paid Claude plan, Pro or above, and the Claude desktop app for Mac or Windows. We'll send a checklist of what to set up before week 1.
How much time does it take?
One 90-minute live session a week, with take-home activities between sessions. Two optional office hours help if you get stuck.
What if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded, and office hours help you catch up. Week 3 falls the day before US Thanksgiving, so the recording will be there if you’re away.
Can my company pay?
Yes. Use the email above, and we can send an invoice if you need one.
What’s the refund policy?
Attend session 1. If it’s not for you, tell us within 7 days and we refund you in full.
