TOGETHER WITH INCOGNI
You Google yourself. The top result is a data broker page — full address, phone number, age, the names of your relatives. None of it is hard to find. Most of it costs less than a cup of coffee.
That's how spam calls find you. It's how phishing emails get specific enough to work. And in the worst cases, it's how identity theft starts — your details bundled, resold, and eventually surfacing on the dark web.
Incogni Unlimited stops it. Privacy agents file removal requests on your behalf across an unlimited number of sites, with coverage of 420+ broker types — including People Search platforms and private databases most services don't reach.
It runs in the background. You stay off the lists.
Use code AIREPORT for an exclusive 55% discount on unlimited removals.
Latest in AI
NVIDIA has launched the Open Secure AI Alliance, a coalition of over 35 tech giants including Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, Cisco, Hugging Face, and Palo Alto Networks, to develop open-source cybersecurity tools and AI agent harnesses that defenders can inspect, modify, and deploy on their own infrastructure.
The Alliance formed after the recent Hugging Face breach, when closed AI tools blocked forensic analysis and the company had to run an open-weight model on its own servers to analyze 17,000 attacker actions and contain the intrusion.
NVIDIA is contributing its new Object-Oriented Agent (NOOA) framework on GitHub, which makes agent behavior easier to test, trace, and audit, while partners contribute tools like SPIFFE/SPIRE for cryptographic agent verification and MDASH for multi-model vulnerability scanning.
The Alliance argues open models are defensive assets, not liabilities, because transparency lets defenders adapt systems at the exact moment speed matters most, avoiding single points of failure when closed tools restrict critical security analysis.
For enterprise security teams, this marks a strategic shift toward distributed defense infrastructure. Organizations can now build security systems that don't depend on a single vendor's black-box AI, gaining the ability to audit, customize, and run advanced defensive tools locally when breaches require immediate action and closed systems impose dangerous delays.

THE BUSINESS BRIEFING: SALES (powered by Upscaile)
Cars24 (India-based automotive marketplace, 600+ central org employees) was drowning in manual follow-ups across a buying cycle that spans days or weeks. Sellers dropped off after 10 days. Buyers needed constant nudges through test drives, financing, and document prep. The company built AI-powered voice and chat agents using OpenAI APIs to handle the full customer journey from discovery to post-purchase support.
Tool used: OpenAI APIs -- voice and chat agents that recommend vehicles, book test drives, handle financing conversations, and re-engage dormant leads.
Result: 1M+ monthly conversation minutes handled by AI agents. 12% of previously lost seller leads recovered through automated re-engagement. 40% reduction in turnaround time across key service workflows. 85-90% daily active AI usage among central org employees.
The lesson: Cars24 didn't automate generic support tickets. They targeted the middle and bottom of the funnel where conversation drives conversion. AI handles the repetitive qualification, scheduling, and follow-up work while keeping humans on complex negotiations and edge cases.
Steal this: Map your sales funnel this week and identify where leads stall out. If it's follow-up delays or missed scheduling, that's your automation target. Build one AI workflow for post-demo re-engagement before expanding to the full journey.
TOGETHER WITH UPSCAILE
Right now a few people are experimenting with AI, the rest are hesitant, and there's no shared standard.
Upscaile fixes that in 90 minutes.

One live virtual session, unlimited attendees, $5,000 flat — while typical workshops charge $500–$1,500 a seat. Your team leaves with prompting frameworks, safe repeatable workflows, and AI applied to your real use cases, plus all the materials to keep.
THE POLICY CORNER
New Jersey shoppers can now sue retailers directly over AI-powered price discrimination.
Gov. Mikie Sherrill signed the Fair Price Protection Act on July 23, 2026, making New Jersey the first state to give consumers the right to take retailers to court themselves if algorithms used their personal data to charge them more than other customers for identical groceries. The law covers any retailer or delivery platform using a shopper's browsing history, location, purchase patterns, or demographic inferences to set individualized prices. It also freezes new electronic shelf label installations for one year while the state studies the technology's surveillance capabilities.
Deadline: February 1, 2027.
Risk: First violations trigger $10,000 fines; subsequent offenses hit $20,000. Willful violations expose retailers to treble damages in consumer lawsuits. The private right of action opens the door to class actions that can aggregate millions of small overcharges into massive collective liability.
Your move: Audit your pricing algorithms this month. If any system uses individualized behavioral or demographic data to set prices above market rates, flag it for legal review before February. Check with your delivery platform partners to confirm their pricing practices won't expose you to downstream liability.

The Money: AI infrastructure escalates into multi-billion sovereign bets
Two major announcements this week signal a strategic pivot: AI companies are abandoning rented compute for owned infrastructure at a scale that rivals national defense budgets. As data center access becomes the decisive competitive advantage, capital is flooding toward massive build-outs backed by chipmakers willing to guarantee debt on half-trillion-dollar projects.
Deals to know:
OpenAI Ohio Data Center (Debt guarantee, $250B) -- NVIDIA backing OpenAI's lease of a 10-gigawatt southeastern Ohio facility, total project cost exceeding $500B, the largest data center project on record. Investors: SoftBank (developer), NVIDIA (guarantor)
Safe Superintelligence + NVIDIA (Equity + compute partnership, $5B) -- Ilya Sutskever's stealth lab secures multi-billion investment plus order-of-magnitude compute expansion via NVIDIA's Vera Rubin platform to scale alignment research. Investors: NVIDIA, Andreessen Horowitz, Alphabet, Sequoia
Signal: Chipmakers are now underwriting infrastructure debt for AI labs that lack investment-grade credit, creating circular funding loops that concentrate risk. Owning compute infrastructure has become the new moat, and the barrier to entry just hit half a trillion dollars.
