TOGETHER WITH LIGHTFIELD
You have the ICP in your head. You have opinions about messaging. You've probably drafted a few cold emails in your notes app and never sent them.
The motion isn't the problem. It's everything that comes after: building the list, finding the right contacts, verifying emails, writing sequences, personalizing openers, warming domains, managing replies, updating the CRM. Every week. From scratch.
Lightfield's outbound agents run on your CRM. They score accounts against your real won deals.
Draft sequences from the language your customers actually use in conversation.
Surface warm intro paths from your team's network.
Escalate the replies that need your attention.
You set the strategy. The agents build the list, run the sequences, and keep the motion going.
Latest in AI
Anthropic has released Claude Opus 4.8, an upgrade to its flagship AI model that the company says is a "more effective collaborator" with notable improvements in reliability, judgment, and honesty. The model is available at the same price as its predecessor: $5 per million input tokens and $25 per million output tokens.
Opus 4.8 is four times less likely than Opus 4.7 to let flaws in code pass unremarked, according to Anthropic's evaluations, and early testers report the model flags uncertainties more consistently.
Anthropic also launched "dynamic workflows" in Claude Code, allowing the model to run hundreds of parallel subagents in a single session and handle codebase-scale migrations across hundreds of thousands of lines of code.
The company confirmed it plans to release "Mythos-class" models with higher intelligence than Opus, but these require stronger cyber safeguards before general availability, expected in the coming weeks.
For enterprise teams already using Claude, this update offers better code review reliability and expanded automation potential through dynamic workflows. The honesty improvements address a common complaint with AI tools: overconfidence. Business leaders evaluating AI vendors should note that the Mythos preview, currently limited to cybersecurity use cases, shows where Anthropic's roadmap is heading.

THE BUSINESS BRIEFING: HR & TALENT (powered by Upscaile)
ISS North America (global facility services, 500K employees) was hemorrhaging candidates during a 65-day time-to-hire process. Manual scheduling, desktop-only applications, and English-only interfaces excluded 80% of their hourly workforce before they ever reached a recruiter. They deployed Paradox's conversational AI ("Iris") to handle screening, scheduling, and onboarding via text in multiple languages, accessible 24/7 from any mobile device.
Tool used: Paradox — conversational AI that automates candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding through text-based chat.
Result: 85% reduction in time-to-hire (65 days → 10 days). 97% application completion rate. 10,000+ recruiter hours returned to high-value work annually.
The lesson: Speed without accessibility is worthless. ISS's technology transformation succeeded because HR and IT partnered from day one, anchoring every feature to candidate experience rather than internal convenience.
Steal this: Audit your application process on mobile this week. If candidates need desktop access, multiple logins, or English-only instructions, you're losing 80% of your hourly workforce before they apply. Fix mobile-first, then automate.

THE POLICY CORNER
New Jersey unveils first state-level AI data center regulation — infrastructure costs shift to operators
Gov. Mikie Sherrill announced a four-part framework requiring AI data centers to cover grid upgrades, publicly report energy and water usage every six months, and fund infrastructure improvements without passing costs to ratepayers. The plan applies to large-scale AI facilities statewide and includes mandatory noise, light, and pollution mitigation. New Jersey has roughly 80 data centers, with newer AI-focused facilities consuming power equivalent to small towns.
Deadline: Legislative approval pending. State officials expect implementation by early 2027.
Risk: Federal data shows New Jersey households saw utility bills rise $260 last year. Facilities that fail to comply with reporting or infrastructure cost-sharing requirements face operational delays and heightened local opposition.
Your move: If you operate or plan to build AI data centers, contact state regulators to clarify how infrastructure cost allocation will be calculated and what reporting systems will be required.
