TOGETHER WITH KORE.AI
Every organization has an AI strategy. Few have closed the distance between strategy and production.
That gap, measured in months of implementation, layers of vendors, and initiatives that stall between approval and deployment, is where your peers are moving ahead.
The Kore.ai Agent Platform {Artemis} is built to close it. It's AI-programmable: AI constructs agents from your business logic, not the other way around. Your teams don't wait on engineering cycles. Arch, the platform's built-in AI design assistant, turns intent into working agents in days, not quarters.
For executives and investors tracking where enterprise AI actually lands, {Artemis} represents a fundamental shift: from AI as a long-horizon bet to AI as an operational reality.
Available now, deployable fast, built for the pace of business transformation.
Latest in AI
Meta has launched an AI "Business Agent" that can book appointments, close sales, and process payments on behalf of companies, marking the social media giant's biggest push yet into the enterprise AI market. Announced at the company's WhatsApp-focused Conversations conference in London, the tool goes live across WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram for businesses of all sizes globally.
More than 1 million businesses already use earlier chatbot versions on WhatsApp and Messenger; the new agent adds true "agentic" capabilities, letting it take actions like completing transactions rather than just answering questions.
Meta's head of product, Naomi Gleit, said the agent will "complete the payment, process the booking, place the order," which goes beyond rule-based automations for legacy bots.
Alongside the agent, Meta is rolling out a Business Agent Platform that connects to hundreds of external systems like Shopify, Zendesk, and Shopee, letting larger businesses build custom AI agents with enterprise-grade controls.
For business leaders, Meta's move introduces a new competitor in the enterprise AI space alongside OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. The agent launches at no cost, with paid tiers coming soon, and leverages Meta's massive reach across 3+ billion daily users. Companies already using WhatsApp or Instagram for customer communication now have a native AI layer they can deploy without switching platforms.

THE BUSINESS BRIEFING: MARKETING (powered by Upscaile)
PetSmart (1,700 locations, 75M Treats Rewards members) struggled to deliver personalized campaigns at scale. Traditional A/B testing and monthly calendars couldn't keep up—94% of sales tied to loyalty members, but engagement plateaued in a saturated digital landscape.
Tool used: Hightouch AI Decisioning Agents on Databricks -- applies reinforcement learning to deliver the right message, offer, and timing for each customer through owned channels.
Result: 22% lift in salon bookings, 13% increase in autoship transactions. Scalable across email, app push, and other channels.
The lesson: AI decisioning works when marketing teams control goals and guardrails while the system optimizes treatment per customer—not segment.
Steal this: Pick one repetitive campaign this week (winback, onboarding, seasonal offer). Define the business goal, identify 3-5 possible messages or offers, and let the AI test which performs best per recipient. Start with one channel, measure lift, then scale.
TOGETHER WITH INCOGNI
Your phone number, address, DOB, even your SSN can show up in a Google search. Marketers buy it, scammers exploit it, and in the worst cases, it ends up for sale on the dark web.
Incogni Unlimited helps you take control. Our privacy agents hunt down and remove your personal data from an unlimited number of sites. With automation across 420+ broker types—including People Search platforms and private databases—Incogni erases your information where others can’t reach.

THE POLICY CORNER
UK orders Google to let publishers block AI search features — setting global precedent for content control
The UK's Competition and Markets Authority issued a legally binding ruling requiring Google to let website owners opt out of AI-generated search features like AI Overviews, AI Mode, and content used for fine-tuning Google's models. This applies to UK-based publishers and sites targeting UK users, regardless of where the company is headquartered. Google has started rolling out opt-out controls in Search Console and commits to global deployment after testing.
Deadline: In effect now. Enforcement active.
Risk: Non-compliance exposes Google to CMA penalties and opens door to UK antitrust action. For publishers, failure to exercise new opt-out controls means continued inclusion in AI features without compensation negotiation leverage.
Your move: If you publish content indexed by Google, check Search Console this week for the new AI feature toggle. Decide whether to opt out of AI Overviews and fine-tuning use, especially if you're exploring licensing deals or concerned about traffic loss from AI-generated summaries replacing clicks.

The Money: GPU infrastructure securitization arrives
Private credit markets just validated AI infrastructure as an investment-grade asset class. Two deals totaling $40B this week show institutional capital treating GPU contracts like commercial real estate; collateralized, structured, and financeable at sub-7% rates.
Deals to know:
IREN (Investment-grade facility, $3.65B) -- GPU financing backed by five-year Microsoft contract across four Texas data centers. Priced at SOFR plus 2.13% fixed. Investors: U.S. private placement market, institutional debt buyers
Anthropic (Structured notes, $36B) -- Apollo and Blackstone syndication to purchase and lease Google TPUs. A1 notes at T+100, A2 at 5.50-5.75%, B notes at 8.5%. Broadcom provides residual value guarantee. Investors: Apollo, Blackstone, private credit syndicates
Signal: Compute infrastructure shed its "tech risk" discount. When Microsoft contracts and Broadcom guarantees unlock investment-grade pricing, GPU leases become predictable cashflows institutions can underwrite like power plants.
