What is the AI function in Google Sheets?
It is a formula you type into a cell, such as =AI("Label this customer comment as Praise, Complaint or Question", B2). Fill it down a column and Gemini handles every row. The guide includes two you can copy.
How do I use the prompts?
Find the app you are in, copy the prompt, replace the words in [brackets] and run it where the label says. If the answer is not quite right, reply with what to change.
